The Story

GetSlate is a US-based insurance lead generation agency that sells recurring leads to insurance agents across the United States. When a payment provider issue brought client billing to a standstill, they needed more than a quick fix—they needed a platform that removed vendor lock-in for good. Within one week of moving to LeadByte, billing was fully restored, automated, and processing revenue again.

Challenge

GetSlate’s previous platform only supported Stripe. When their Stripe account became restricted, billing stopped across their entire client base. They could not switch provider, they could not integrate another payment platform, and they could not wait months for the old platform to build it.
